Winston E. Lewis
Serves as Chairman of the Beta Eta Foundation. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in Field Artillery (FA) in Jan. 1980 and retired as a Colonel from the U. S. Army in Dec 2011 after 31 years for service. Director Lewis is a native of Fort Rucker, Alabama and currently resides in Fort Washington, MD after his retirement.
Winston received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa in December 1979 and. He received a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from Webster University in 1993 and a Masters degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces in 2003. He was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in 1976.
Otha D. Smith
Serves as President of the Beta Eta Foundation. He is an experienced Executive in the Financial Services Industry who successfully translates vision into process driven actions, and profitable results. He is an accomplished, dynamic Speaker that helps others to overachieve. His entrepreneurial spirits have lead to him becoming a published author, Executive Producer of a Web & Television Series, and Founder of Tuk Tuk Chicago.
Otha supports multiple charitable organizations including the AIDS Foundation, The American Cancer Society and Wounded Warriors. He also supports LEARN Charter Schools. Otha holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Marketing from The University of Alabama. Otha is a native of Chicago, Illinois where he currently resides. He was initiated into The Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in 1982.
Lephate Cunningham Jr.
Serves as Vice-President of the Beta Eta Foundation. An accomplished entrepreneur, Lephate has developed and administered travel platforms in the United States, Europe and Asia, within both Internet and brick-and-mortar distribution channels, for over 25 years. He was appointed by the Governor of Alabama to the state’s Bureau of Travel & Tourism Advisory Board. One of his company’s powers the leisure travel products offered by America’s largest payroll purchase corporation, to over 8 million employees.
Lephate earned a Bachelors of Arts in Advertising & Marketing from The University of Alabama. He hails from Mobile Alabama and currently lives in Chicago Illinois. Lephate was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. in 1982.
Albert E. Ike Jr.
Serves as Treasurer for the Beta Eta Foundation. Albert began his professional career as a Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC. He later worked at Stillman College as a systems administrator and is currently an IT Systems Specialist with the Alabama Department of Mental Health for whom he has served for more than 20 years.
Albert studied at Shelton State Community College where he earned an Associate Degree of Science in General Science. He then transferred to the University of Alabama and received his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science. He completed his Masters in Public Administration from Troy University and finished his Doctor of Education in Higher Education Community College Leadership from Morgan State University. Albert is from Alberta City Alabama where he currently resides. Albert was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in the spring of 1997.
Artis Brown
serves as a Director of the Beta Eta Foundation. Artis is a senior executive in the Oil Industry. He started his career as a project engineer, and has held exciting assignments across the US and in Asia Pacific. Artis has consistently demonstrated his ability to successfully run multi-billion dollar businesses. He has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, operations, diversity, and organizational behavior. He has a passion for helping others, and is highly sought out as a mentor and advisor.
Artis received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Memphis. Artis has received leadership certifications from Thunderbird, Columbia University, and the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Originally from Mobile Alabama, Artis now lives in Memphis Tennessee. He was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapeter of Omega Psi Phi Inc., in 1995.
Osric Grant
Serves as a Director of the Beta Eta Foundation. Osric is a Financial Services Professional with more than 16 years of leadership and currently the VP/Head of Enterprise Sales at his firm. Osric is passionate about and has a proven track record of helping enterprises leverage technology and services to drive better outcomes for their clients. He leads the North American Enterprise operations working with companies to innovate their technology, streamline business operations, and drive overall growth.
Osric received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Alabama. He currently resides in Atlanta Georgia. Osric was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity inc., in 2002.
Fred Green
Serves as a Director of the Beta Eta Foundation. is a 20+ year IT professional with experience in technical sales, software development, and the financial technology industries. Fred currently has managed the relationship for a international client with over $4 billion in assets, and partner relationships with millions in hardware sales.
Fred received his bachelor of science degree and master of business administration from the University of Alabama. He also holds a master of science in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Fred was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc in the Spring of 1995.
Pizas Smith
serves as a Director of the Beta Eta Foundation. Pizas has 25+ years of process optimization and management experience with a Fortune 500 company .
Pizas has a strong interest providing guidance and support for college students through scholarships and opportunity. He has been actively involved in Junior Achievement, Boys & Girls Club, Dare to Care, and Habitat for Humanity. He was instrumental in the formation of an alumni funded endowed scholarship for students..
Pizas possesses a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Alabama and Master of Business Administration from Indian Wesleyan University. He. Pizas is a native of Alabama but a resident of Louisville, Kentucky. Pizas was initiated into the Beta Eta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc, in 1986. He is married with three children.
