An Ever-Growing
Story
Established in 2005, Beta Eta Foundation is a community organization that holds civic duty and citizenship in high regard. While our Focus is on the African American Community, we believe every resident and visitor plays a vital role in the health, diversity, and well-being of our community and city. Our goal and mission, since inception, is to bring neighbors together to solve problems and build a brighter future.
With a small staff and a core group of volunteers, we have managed to build a number of partnerships with local businesses and organizations from around the area. It is our partnerships that have allowed us to create programs, host events, and encourage residents to become engaged.
Your Participation Counts
Open to everyone, Beta Eta Foundation believes the more diverse the population the better. That is one thing we learned early on, as the more voices heard, the more questions asked, and the more people become involved the more things get done. Whether planning a community event, an educational retreat for youth, or a neighborhood cleanup, we have and will always encourage people to join in on the ground floor.

Youth
Programs
As a community, it is our duty to help our youth prepare for adulthood. Creating education and cultural programs, we offer teens and children the opportunity to grow, build communication skills, and engage each other in ways they may not ordinarily.
Volunteering
Reaching out and becoming involved is one of the best ways to build character and self-esteem, as well as meet other like-minded people. Beta Eta Foundation works with community agencies throughout the greater area to promote volunteerism.
Neighborhood
Events
Nothing brings people together like a well-planned party or event. Beta Eta Foundation hosts numerous fun-filled events and community gatherings throughout the year. From bike tours and 5K runs to spring concerts, events help raise awareness for issues affecting the community.
